Pleasant cooperation at Faculty of Law

The new housing for the Faculty of Law in Groningen is very large, and everywhere the indoor climate has to be absolutely right for the people who work and study there. That's where Aero Dynamiek comes in. They made sure that Homij's installation was functioning optimally. They did this by measuring and validating and then adjusting the air and water side of the installation.

Aero dynamics is the market leader in measuring, validating and optimizing building-related installations. To this end, it works closely with the largest installers, including Homij. "The benefit of our services is focused on achieving or demonstrating the correct operation of the building and building-related installation," states Patrick Heerschop, manager of sales and customer care at Aero dynamics. "Brands are not important to us, because we are an independent company. We have been getting the most out of installations for more than 50 years and have many other support services, aimed at the best building performance."

In Groningen, the best energy efficiency was achieved thanks to good cooperation. In fact, the work took place mainly during the summer vacations, which made communication extra important. Heerschop: "The planning was exciting for us, partly because there were some obstacles with the readiness of installations. For us it is essential that the entire installation be ready, from grille to air handling unit. During the vacations, we also had less staff and the project took place in a remote corner of the Netherlands. That made employees from the middle of the country head for Groningen. It is nice to see how our people tackle such a project together and how they cooperate with the installer. It has become a nice reference project that is now running to complete satisfaction."
