Therminon closes 2024 successfully and looks forward to 2025

Since 1985, Therminon has been a manufacturer and supplier of innovative and sustainable total systems for floor heating and cooling. A foresight, a healthy dose of guts and a passion for technology have ensured a leading position in the Netherlands "We really stand and go for quality, innovation and sustainability," says Michiel Melis, commercial manager at Therminon, "I would like to take you through some highlights of the past year."

Quality guaranteed

Early this year, Therminon was the very first manufacturer to acquire the KIWA product certificate LTV - CV (Low Temperature Heating - Central Heating) for its range of composite manifolds. This certificate confirms that Therminon's products meet all relevant quality requirements, assessed by a reputable, independent party. Michiel Melis: "In addition to our ISO 9001 method, this certificate underlines our focus on quality. We create products that installers and end users can rely on."

Sustainable Innovation: Hybrid Line

Therminon developed a special product series for hybrid installations: the Hybrid Line. Melis: ''With a heating installation, you look for the balance between providing comfort to the occupants or users of a building and the most energy-efficient operation possible. Our hybrid distributor is equipped with a smart control that ensures that the (floor) heating system always performs optimally: 'don't mix while you can, but mix when you have to'. Thanks to this principle, the distributor uses the heat pump for as long as possible. This reduces the number of switching moments which has a positive impact on the efficiency of the heating system, reduces gas consumption and extends the service life of the heat pump."

Accessibility

Now that its product line has grown significantly, Therminon has worked to make its offerings more accessible. The sales process has been re-streamlined, a new website launched and the product portfolio has been rearranged into clearly named product lines. Melis: "We do everything we can to help our customers quickly, well and easily. For example, we recently strengthened our commercial team with Jessy Greeve, commercially responsible for Western Netherlands. This is how we continue to build an optimal presence in the market."

With its strong portfolio and developments in 2024, Therminon is well positioned to make 2025 a successful year.
